BB&N girls’ varsity hockey looks to improve upon last year’s season that saw them grab the #8 seed in the Division 1 NEPSAC playoff tournament. It will be a grueling challenge as they will face one of the most difficult schedules in New England that includes contests against Nobles, St. Paul’s, Loomis, Williston, Andover and Deerfield, to name a few. The team has worked hard throughout the off-season and will be ready to accept the challenges that will face them in the 2018-19 campaign.
Coach Bourget will rely heavily on the senior leadership of the team as they begin their season’s quest. “Our senior class is one that cares deeply about the younger players, and values the family mentality of a team,” Bourget said. “They are a skilled class on the ice as well, which makes for a great combination. I’m hopeful that the strong team bond, combined with the skill level, will help this team achieve their end goal.” The six seniors, Rei Halloran, Jameson McKenna, Lauren J
