No. 1 ranked Nobles traveled to Westminster and came ready to play. Their intensity and momentum was obvious from the start with Nobles heavily dominating in the offensive zone. Nobles first goal came about half way into the first with a beautiful, bar down, shot from Freshman Cali Cerruti. She only added to the momentum with another Nobles goal coming only minutes later from Maeve Connolly ending the first period leading 2-0. Westminster came out hungry to start the second period, heavily dominating puck possession and causing multiple turnovers. Westminster saw some good scoring chances but Nobles goaltending proved strong. With only a few minutes left in the second, Nobles got another one on the board with Sophia Ensley putting away a strong rebound play. Nobles regained their momentum and found the back of the net once more with a goal from Julia Simon, ending the second with Nobles up 4-0. Westminster again came out strong in the third proving their grittiness and drive but ultimately fell 4-0.
