Jessica is a former goaltender out of Prince Edward Island who left home in high school to attend Warner Hockey School (formerly JWHL) in Alberta before doing a post-grad year at Brewster Academy. She then went on to break records at Castleton University finishing her senior season with a .947 SV% and 1.87 GAA in 25 starts earning her All-American accolades, NEHC Goaltender of the Year and First-Team All-Conference.

While she was a student at Castleton she interned at Neutral Zone for founders Brendan Collins and Steve Wilk and made such an impression that she was hired full-time upon graduation to launch a women’s scouting division of Neutral Zone. In less than a year she built a first-of-its-kind hockey scouting platform for women’s hockey throughout North America and has built to the most trusted and reputable brand in the industry.

In addition to her role as Director of Women’s Hockey at Neutral Zone, Jess has coached various levels from youth hockey to college hockey where she served as Head Coach of Holland College. In 2021 she was selected as Head Coach of Hockey PEI for the 2023 Canada Games; where she’ll represent the Island against the other top prospects throughout Canada.
