Jeff is based out of Victoria, British Columbia and comes to Neutral Zone with a decade of scouting experience of all levels, working with companies such as Future Considerations, Draft Geek and ISS Hockey. Jeff studied Sports Management at Camosun College while also volunteering for the Victoria Grizzlies, taking the SMWW – Hockey GM & Scouting along with the ISS Mentorship program. Eager to learn and improve, Jeff has aspirations to work in junior hockey, with a dream of working in the NHL.
