Greg Harpell joined Neutral Zone as a scout four years ago and has been covering amateur players in Eastern Canada since then. The bulk of his time scouting has been spent scouting out players in Nova Scotia, writing reports to highlight players in U18, U16, and U15 leagues in the area. Thanks to Harpell’s tenure scouting this area, he knows what to expect from the players and how to find players with the right skill set to play at the next level.
