Matthew Clute has hockey sense, puck poise and skill. He’s a kid who I’ll be watching for because I think he’s a sleeper in a sea of early bloomers.
Ben Rosenburg is a player that I did not know, but I was instantly drawn to watching him. His compete and willingness to battle for pucks during day 1’s practice stood out from his peers.
As a team the 2007 Islanders have a wagon. A wagon.

Will Vote and James Fisher should make sure their phones are with them on January 1st.
Jason Zaccari must have played a ton of backyard QB when he was growing up because he looks off defenders and hits the open man in stride.
Joe Fleming is a truck.
